We helped transform EHS training for our client, designing a blended-learning, performance-based approach, involving a mix of online learning, classroom workshops and hands-on assessments of safety-sensitive tasks (including lockout tagout, machine guarding, confined-space entry and over 50 other topics.)
We developed over 60 e-learning modules for this client on topics such as Kaizen events, pull systems, risk management, Kanban, Poka Yoke, regionalization and many more. We also managed translation of the training into multiple languages, with the training now being used by over 50,000 employees worldwide.
Within an accelerated timeline, we created training—including e-learning and quick reference guides—on 24 product lines and brands. The concepts were highly technical, involving complex biological and chemical processes which needed to be communicated in layman's terms to a diverse, global salesforce.
For this client, we created a blended learning curriculum comprised of e-learning, instructor-led workshops, job aides and quick reference guides. Everything was focused on helping customer service reps—and other customer-facing employees—improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty.
For this project, we developed an eight-part series to help managers structure, staff and manage their organizations. The approach involved e-learning prework, interactive small-group workshops, post-training assessments and printed quick-reference guides.
We helped our client develop a video-based e-learning series to help educate food executives about the intricacies and complexities of the food supply chain in the United States—all through the perspective of the American farmer.
We've helped our clients create training materials across a broad spectrum of subject matter. Want to learn more about what we do and see other examples of our work? Let's find a few minutes to talk!
